All special order or custom build are not returnable.
Our return window for working items listed as "New" or "Used" or “Refurbished” is 30 days.
If the item is no longer wanted or does not fit, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee of 15% to 30% will apply depending on the condition and the item return. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If the item is not working, not as described, our technician will work with you on the issue, please contact us to resolve.
If the item appears to have been damaged in shipping, we will need to file a claim with the carrier, the original box and packaging is required to claim with to the carrier. Do not discard any of the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, the carrier will not process the claim and we will not accept the return.
